The Gaia-Wind 11kW wind turbine is specifically designed to optimize performance in areas with low to moderate annual wind speed regimes (10-17mph). The turbine’s oversized rotor will allow it to capture up to 80% more energy than other similarly rated machines. This significantly enhances project economics and maximizes the return on investment.

Proven Energy 15 kW Wind Turbine
In place of the Proven 15, Talco recommends the Gaia-Wind 11, which produces an energy yield that is practical for supplying electricity to properties such as farms, large residences, offices, small businesses and public buildings. The Gaia-Wind turbine is configured to give an optimal yield in moderate wind speed sites i.e. those with an annual average wind speed in the range of 4.5-7.5 m/s (10-17mph).
