In Motion Satellite
Mobile satellite systems have evolved over the last few years; today with in motion satellite systems the RV no longer has to be parked to receive the satellite signal. The RV can be in motion and still have a lock on the satellite signal. There are many different in motion satellite systems but they are not all the same. Some of the in motion satellite systems such as the King Dome are limited in their turning ability, so every once in a while the satellite dish needs to unwind its internal cord and this results in lost satellite signal. The Winegard MV-3500T in motion satellite system uses the latest technology such as GPS (Global positioning System) and brushes instead of cords to allow for a true fully automatic in motion satellite system.
Winegard has just released their new RT-1200T low profile in motion satellite system which is only 12" high and can be mounted on RVs, Trucks, Vans, Trailers, or Campers. This is the latest in motion satellite system and truly the best.

The RoadTrip SDi is just 12” high, no taller than a roof-top air conditioning unit, which makes them a great choice for RVs with height restrictions, or for those who want to minimize the appearance of the satellite on top of the RV.
All Winegard Automatic Satellite Systems feature Automatic Toggling. The King Dome Satellite in motion uses integrated DVB technology to provide positive identification and lock on the correct one automatically. This King Dome Satellite has a single coaxial cable that connects the dome to the indoor unit for simple installation. The Trac-King has unlimited rotation, so you'll never experience a loss of picture due to cable unwrap. Just push a button and the dish will automatically find and track the one of your choice. If you have DISH 500 service from DISH Network, a standard feature allows you to easily move back and forth between satellites while parked or driving.
